FRAUDULENT IDENTIFICATION

United States of America Republic Secretary of State will provide clarity on which Moorish identification(s) are fraudulent and which licenses are lawfully issued by the United States of America Republic National Government. Our intent is to put an end to travel or nationality cards, bogus plates and any other document not issued lawfully by a governmental entity.

The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REPUBLIC is the national governmental entity and competent authority for its Nationals and Citizens. The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REPUBLIC is the lawful authority to produce identification documents, passports, driver licenses, license plates, vehicle registrations, certificates of title, etc. Power to certify, authenticate documents issued by its Secretary of State and its officers; to provide Nationals and citizens of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REPUBLIC with identification(s) document or documents from a lawful authority.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REPUBLIC shall be the sole lawful authority for issuing identification documents and certification, authentication for its Nationals and citizens of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REPUBLIC and shall have power to produce, transfer, register, record any and all documents mentioned above.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REPUBLIC shall remain the lawful authority to issue its National identification that constitutes a National driver license, National State identification and National license plates; the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REPUBLIC's constitution and laws thereof, shall remain superior to any applicable State or local law with regard to its Nationals and citizens (other than identification or licenses issued lawfully by another State for the use of the possessor).

Pursuant to 1 USRS § 1028 (reference USC 18 § 1028) - Fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents, authentication features, and information. USRS § 1028(d)(4) is a national law that defines a false identification document as a document that: Is not issued by a governmental entity, or was issued but altered to deceive, Appears to be issued by the United States government, a state, a foreign government, or another entity.

According to 1 USRS § 1028 (d)(3)the term “identification document” means a document made or issued by or under the authority of the United States Government, a State, political subdivision of a State, a sponsoring entity of an event designated as a special event of national significance, a foreign government, political subdivision of a foreign government, an international governmental or an international quasi-governmental organization which, when completed with information concerning a particular individual, is of a type intended or commonly accepted for the purpose of identification of individuals.

According to 1506. Governmental Issuers -- 1 USRS. 1028, it is clear that the Congressional intent was to cover all governmental identification documents regardless of which governmental body in the world issued them. The concept of "governmental entity" is set forth in the definition of "identification document" in 1 USRS § 1028(d)(1) and includes: the United States Government, a State, political subdivision of a State, a foreign government, political subdivision of a foreign government, an international governmental or an international quasi-governmental organization.

The legislative history makes it clear that the Committee desired to protect all government issued documents directly. A brief summary of the governmental entities covered by section 1028 is set forth below. Because of the jurisdictional circumstance requirement, it is convenient to divide the issuers into two groups: (A) the United States Government and (B) other governments. Other Governments: For the sake of convenience, the expression "non-federal" will often be used to refer to governments other than the United States federal Government. The United States of America Republic National Government falls under the category of “other governments”.

Under section(b)(4) title 1 § 1028 it defines a "Political Subdivision of a Foreign Government" and is clearly intended to cover all the subordinate governmental bodies in foreign countries regardless of nomenclature. It therefore covers provinces, cities, districts, states, towns, villages, counties, departments, or whatever structure is used in the foreign country to divide governmental responsibility, however labelled. It also covers the agencies and departments of such governmental bodies.

The Jurisdictions of the United States of America Republic shall consist of 10 Provinces the Moorish Nationals and citizens for the United States of America Republic shall live in these Provinces.

The Provinces are as follows:

Province 1: Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin

Province 2: Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee

Province 3: Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, N. Dakota, S. Dakota

Province 4: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Nevada, Washington

Province 5: Alabama, Canal Zone, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas

Province 6: Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, Wyoming

Province 7: N. Carolina, S. Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia

Province 8: Delaware, D.C., Maryland, Mariana Islands, New Jersey, Pennsylvania

Province 9: Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont

Province 10: Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico (Boricua).

Every state has this or similar language in their vehicle code “A nonresident of this State who has in his/her immediate possession a valid driver's license issued to them by their home state or country are exempt from the driving laws of this State”.

Pursuant to 777 USRS section 2-123 (a) Except as otherwise provided in this Section, the Secretary may make the driver's license, vehicle and title registration lists, in part or in whole, and any statistical information derived from these lists available to local governments, elected state officials, state educational institutions, and all other governmental units of the State and Federal Government requesting them for governmental purposes.

Under 777 USRS sec. 2-123 (d) the Lake County Indiana Sheriff’s department can request the desired list of either driver’s licenses or vehicle registration at no cost.

BELOW ARE IDENTIFICATION PRINTED BY MOORISH GROUPS THAT ARE NOT ISSUED BY LAWFUL GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES. THESE GROUPS ARE NOT THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY FOR THE MOORISH AMERICAN PEOPLE AND THESE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT TO BE ACCEPTED AS VALID. IF AT ANY POINT IN TIME THAT LAW ENFORCEMENT ARE TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH ANY INDIVIDUAL IN POSSESSION OF ANY OF THESE FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS, SHALL BE ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT ISSUED BY THE UNITED STATES FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, ANY OF THE STATE GOVERNMENTS, OR UNITED STAES OF AMERICA REPUBLIC NATIONAL GOVERNMENT.
